1. Nature of Business Bellemoda is a B2B (Business-to-Business) brand specializing in the manufacturing and wholesale of women’s ethnic wear. All transactions are considered commercial and meant for resale or business purposes, not for personal retail consumption.

2. Eligibility Only registered businesses, retailers, resellers, boutiques, or authorized buyers are eligible to purchase from Bellemoda. We may request your: GST Number or Business ID Company details Trade license or proof of business (for international clients)

3. Order Placement and Confirmation Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone, website, or directly with a sales executive. Orders are confirmed only after full or agreed payment is received. Bellemoda reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms All prices are exclusive of shipping charges unless specified. Applicable taxes (GST or other levies) will be included in the invoice. Shipping is billed separately. Accepted payment modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, NEFT/RTGS, or other agreed methods. Payments must be made in full before dispatch, unless credit terms are pre-approved.

5. Shipping and Delivery Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment. Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partner. Bellemoda is not liable for delays, damage, or loss after the shipment has been handed over to the courier. 7. Product Quality and Returns Products are carefully checked before dispatch. Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or design due to batch dyeing or handwork are considered acceptable. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects, and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt along with proof. 10. Limitation of Liability Bellemoda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, or product resale issues. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.

11. Force Majeure Bellemoda shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation breakdowns, or regulatory issues.

12. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction Any dispute arising from transactions with Bellemoda shall be resolved amicably. If legal intervention is required, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
