Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping charges are not included in the product invoice and are billed separately. Shipping cost varies depending on: Weight and volume of the package Delivery location (domestic or international)
  2.  Preferred courier service (if specified by the client) Charges will be communicated clearly before dispatch and are to be paid along with or prior to shipment.
  3. Shipping Partners We partner with trusted logistics and courier companies such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, TCI Express, and other transport or cargo providers based on the region and customer preference. Clients may also choose to arrange for self-pickup or book a transporter of their choice. In such cases, Bellemoda is not responsible for delivery delays or damages once the goods are handed over.
  4.  Dispatch Timeline Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Custom, made-to-order, or bulk-specific designs may require additional lead time, which will be informed during order confirmation. Orders are dispatched only after full payment and shipping confirmation are received.
  5.  Estimated Delivery Time Domestic Orders (within India): 3 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on location. International Orders: Delivery timelines vary based on the country and customs clearance procedures (typically 7–15 business days). Bellemoda is not liable for delays caused due to:Natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes Courier service delays Customs clearance (for international shipments)
  6.  Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched: You will receive a tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp or email. For bulk transport, LR (Lorry Receipt) or challan copy will be shared as proof of dispatch. Our team will assist you in tracking and following up with the courier/logistics partner as required.
  7.  Damaged or Lost Shipments While we ensure proper packing and handover, Bellemoda is not directly liable for: Goods damaged in transit Delays or losses after dispatch Handling issues by third-party couriers In such cases, we will assist you in raising a claim with the concerned courier or transporter.
  8. International Shipping We accept international bulk orders subject to availability and shipping regulations. All custom duties, import taxes, or clearance charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Ensure that your shipping address and documentation comply with the import regulations of your country.
  9. Delivery Address & Responsibility It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping address, contact number, and GST details (if applicable). Any loss or delay arising from incorrect or incomplete information will not be the responsibility of Bellemoda.
